HAQQ Week 24 Community AMA: Navigating the Future of HAQQ Network
Here’s a detailed recap of our community-hosted AMA for those who missed it.
Governance Proposals
The AMA started with an overview of two critical governance proposals:
Proposal 33: This proposal established the United Contributors DAO. This is to create a framework for collective decision-making, allowing the community to impact the network’s direction directly.
Proposal 34: This proposal integrated the DAO into the HAQQ mainnet with the release of version 1.7.6, representing a significant step towards decentralizing governance and enhancing community control.
Governance in the HAQQ Network is about giving the community a voice. By staking ISLM, members earn yields and gain voting rights on important proposals. This process ensures that everyone can contribute to shaping the network’s future.
United Contributors DAO
The United Contributors DAO marks a new era of decentralized management. It involves transferring coins from advisors, contributors, and founders to the DAO to ensure greater transparency and community oversight. As the ISLM coins unlock according to their vesting schedules, the DAO will manage them, embedding economic value directly into the network. This shift empowers the community, giving them the tools to govern and influence the network effectively.
Republic Rewards and Bonus System
A new webpage has been launched to check eligibility for Republic bonuses. Participants can connect their wallets to verify if they qualify for bonuses distributed every Friday. This initiative aims to reward active participation and engagement within the community.
Security is crucial. We urge participants to use only official HAQQ Network channels for information and be cautious of unsolicited messages to avoid phishing attempts.
HAQQ Academy
The Haqq Academy has provided foundational knowledge about crypto and Web3 technologies. Participants earn NFT certificates for completing modules, adding a collectible aspect to their learning. Moving forward, the Haqq Academy will become a digital library offering in-depth resources on traditional finance, Web3, the HAQQ Network, and more. This resource is designed to educate all community members, regardless of their level of expertise.
Upcoming Projects
Two upcoming projects were highlighted:
Real Estate Tokenization Platform - which will enable Sharia-compliant real estate tokenization, providing a new way to invest in real estate ethically and transparently.
Peer-to-Peer Lending Platform - which will offer Sharia-compliant P2P lending, promoting trust and fairness in financial transactions.
Both platforms undergo rigorous legal and regulatory reviews to ensure compliance and safety.
HAQQ Expedition Volume 2
The Haqq Expedition encourages participants to explore the network and participate in activities to earn XP points. Upcoming sprints will focus on activities on SushiSwap, including transactions and liquidity provision, with rewards for top performers.
Our collaboration with Tide Protocol enhances this initiative by tracking activities and providing a structured way to earn and use XP points, which can later be exchanged for HAQQ-branded merchandise and other rewards.
Strengthening Community Engagement and Security
Our community is the backbone of the HAQQ Network. We encourage all users to participate in governance and staking, as these activities are crucial for the network’s security and growth. Active engagement ensures that everyone has a say in the network’s future. Security is paramount. Always use official channels for information and avoid engaging with unsolicited messages. Our moderators and admins will never initiate direct messages requesting personal information.
